The impressive benefits and uses of valor essential oil include relaxing the body and mind, relieving joint pain, eliminating stress, boosting energy, strengthening the immune system, healing respiratory infections, inducing sleep, relieving headaches, and making your home smell great.

It is a relatively new product on the market, as the recent upsurge in essential oil popularity has led to many new blends and combinations of these oils. Valor essential oil is not a standalone oil; in fact, it is made from a combination of frankincense, blue tansy, rosewood and spruce essential oils, and is usually bound in a carrier oil, such as almond oil. When these five oils are combined, the united effect can be applied topically, in aromatherapy, or an essential oil diffuser. In very small amounts, this oil blend is even be consumed directly to treat certain medical conditions; however, it is advisable to check with your health-provider or a licensed herbalist before ingesting any essential oil.

The health benefits of valor essential oil are derived from the volatile components of the essential oils. Frankincense offers monoterpenes, triterpenes, and ketones, while blue tansy offers azulene and other antioxidants. Rosewood boasts a high concentration of linalool acid, as well as alpha-pinene, camphene, myrcene and limonene, and spruce oil has sesquiterpenes and cortisol-like properties that can stimulate the body and nervous system. The carrier oil – typically almond oil – also offers a rich supply of beneficial fatty acids, such as oleic, linoleic acid, and myristic acid. The potent antioxidants and active compounds in this essential oil give this popular blend so many of its impressive qualities. [1]
