Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups of filtered water
  • 1 ounce of dried ginkgo biloba tea leaves
  • 1 tsp of honey (optional)

Instructions

  • To make ginkgo biloba tea, bring 2-3 cups of water to boil in a saucepan.
  •  Place 1 ounce of dried ginkgo biloba leaves in a teapot.
  • Pour boiling water over the leaves.
  •  Steep for ten minutes (the longer it steeps, the stronger the effects)
  • Strain the leaves, add a teaspoon of honey to enhance its taste and serve hot.
