- 2-3 cups of filtered water
- 1 ounce of dried ginkgo biloba tea leaves
- 1 tsp of honey (optional)
To make ginkgo biloba tea, bring 2-3 cups of water to boil in a saucepan.
Place 1 ounce of dried ginkgo biloba leaves in a teapot.
Pour boiling water over the leaves.
Steep for ten minutes (the longer it steeps, the stronger the effects)
