Mixed Berry Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup arugula leaves
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest or juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  • To make mixed berry salad, first, wash and pat dry arugula leaves and the berries.
  • Combine honey, lemon juice, and zest in a small glass and pour over the salad. Enjoy this delicious salad with family and friends.
