How to Make Magnesium Oil

Instructions

Using magnesium chloride flakes

  • Bring the distilled water to a boil in a stainless steel pot. Distilled water helps to increase the shelf-life of the oil.

  • Add the magnesium chloride flakes to a mixing bowl and then pour the boiling water over it.

  • Stir continuously until the flakes full dissolve. Allow it to cool.
  • Pour the mixture into a spray bottle or any other storable container.

  • To use, simply spray the oil on your skin (10-15 sprays per day should be adequate).

Using Epsom salt

  • Mix Epsom salt and distilled water in a pot.

  • Put the pot on the gas and heat it until all the Epsom salt gets dissolved in the water.
  • Stir the mixture, turn off the gas and allow it to cool.
  • Pour it into a spray bottle or any other storable container.
  • To use, simply spray the oil on your skin (10-15 sprays per day should be adequate).

Notes

It is preferable to use magnesium oil before bedtime along with a few drops of frankincense or lavender essential oil for a more relaxing experience.
