Instructions
Using magnesium chloride flakes
Bring the distilled water to a boil in a stainless steel pot. Distilled water helps to increase the shelf-life of the oil.
Add the magnesium chloride flakes to a mixing bowl and then pour the boiling water over it.
Stir continuously until the flakes full dissolve. Allow it to cool.
Pour the mixture into a spray bottle or any other storable container.
To use, simply spray the oil on your skin (10-15 sprays per day should be adequate).
Using Epsom salt
Mix Epsom salt and distilled water in a pot.
Put the pot on the gas and heat it until all the Epsom salt gets dissolved in the water.
Stir the mixture, turn off the gas and allow it to cool.
Pour it into a spray bottle or any other storable container.
To use, simply spray the oil on your skin (10-15 sprays per day should be adequate).
Notes
It is preferable to use magnesium oil before bedtime along with a few drops of frankincense or lavender essential oil for a more relaxing experience.
