    A bowl of condensed milk
  • Add 2 teaspoons of evaporated milk and stir.
  • Professionally made Thai iced tea usually contains a little froth or bubbles on top. If you wish to give that professional look to your Thai tea then, take two pitchers and pour the tea from one pitcher to another with a little elevation. You may choose to skip this step but we suggest you try it, it's fun!
  • Fill another cup halfway with crushed ice, then pour the tea on it.
  • Finally, you may give it a creamy touch by sprinkling some more evaporated milk on top.

Notes

You can skip adding ice if you wish to serve the tea hot.
If you'd like to maximize the concentration of tea, allow it to steep for about 2 hours.
