  • 1-2 tsp damiana leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey


  • Place 2 teaspoons of dried damiana leaves in a tea infuser or teapot.

  • Bring a saucepan of water to boil and then pour over the leaves.
