Homemade Muscle Rub

Simple 2-ingredient muscle rub which can soothe aches and pains!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 8 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 4 drops clove oil optional

Instructions

  • Put the coconut oil in a microwave-safe container and heat it for 15-20 seconds. It should begin to melt. 
  • Stir the coconut oil with a spoon. Add the peppermint essential oil. If you have clove oil on hand, you can add it too. Blend well. Your homemade muscle rub is ready!

Notes

You can also add a few drops of orange oil for a lovely floral scent.
