Korean Jujube Tea Recipe

Stove, Pressure cooker
of filtered water
dried jujubes (Korean dates)
packed brown sugar
To make jujube tea, Fill a pressure cooker with 3 liters of water and place it on the stove.
To it add ginger slices, dried jujubes, and cinnamon sticks and cover the cooker and cook under pressure for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Thereafter, reduce the heat to very low and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Once the pressure is released, remove the cover of the cooker and add brown sugar. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes, or until it is adequately infused. The tea is now ready. Enjoy the hot drink!
You can serve it with a few pine nuts in the tea.
