Ingredients

of water (filtered)

whole cumin seeds

of honey

Instructions
To make cumin water, boil 4-5 cups of water in a saucepan.
Add 2 tablespoons of whole cumin seeds to the water.
Immediately remove the pan from the heat.
Place a lid on the pan and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Drink at room temperature throughout the day for best results. You can add a teaspoon of honey if you wish to have it with a sweetener.
Notes
You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice for every cup of cumin water to enhance its taste.
