Cumin Water Recipe For Weight Loss

  • 4-5 cups of water (filtered)
  • 2 tbsp whole cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp of honey (optional)


  • To make cumin water, boil 4-5 cups of water in a saucepan.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of whole cumin seeds to the water.
  •  Immediately remove the pan from the heat.
  • Place a lid on the pan and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Drink at room temperature throughout the day for best results. You can add a teaspoon of honey if you wish to have it with a sweetener. 


You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice for every cup of cumin water to enhance its taste.
