Healthy Garlic Tea Recipe

- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of honey
To make garlic tea, peel the cloves and remove any papery layers.
Add the cloves and water into a saucepan or pot.
Bring the water to boil, then turn off the heat.
Add honey and lemon to the tea and stir it well.
Strain the tea into a cup and enjoy 1-2 times per day.
Store extra garlic juice in the refrigerator and reheat for use within 2 days.
