  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of honey


  • To make garlic tea, peel the cloves and remove any papery layers.
  • Add the cloves and water into a saucepan or pot.
  •  Bring the water to boil, then turn off the heat.
  • Add honey and lemon to the tea and stir it well.
  • Strain the tea into a cup and enjoy 1-2 times per day.
  • Store extra garlic juice in the refrigerator and reheat for use within 2 days.
