DIY Cassava Flour
Making cassava flour is very easy, even if it does take time.

- 16 oz cassava peeled
- 3 ltr water for boiling
Preheat your oven to its lowest setting.
Bring a pot of water to boil and add the peeled cassava.
Replace boiling water with cold water in the pot and chill the cassava.
Grate the cassava and lay it out on a baking sheet.
Bake the cassava for 8 hours until all moisture is gone.
Using a food processor, blend the dried cassava into a fine, cassava flour powder.
