- 2 tsp of dried yunnan black tea leaves
- 2 cups of water (filtered)
- 1 tsp of honey (filtered)
To make Yunnan tea, place 2 teaspoons of tea leaves into a teapot.
Boil water and then remove from heat. Allow it to cool for 2 minutes.
Pour water over the tea leaves.
Allow to steep for 2 minutes before serving; add honey, if desired.
