Refreshing Jackfruit Smoothie

  • 2 cups fresh, ripe jackfruit
  • 2 whole bananas
  • 1/4 cup fresh coconut
  • 1 1/4 cups coconut water


  • Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth, for about 30 seconds. 
  • Divide into two large glasses or bowls. 
  • Garnish with blackberries, dried coconut, or toasted pine nuts.
