- 2 cups fresh, ripe jackfruit
- 2 whole bananas
- 1/4 cup fresh coconut
- 1 1/4 cups coconut water
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth, for about 30 seconds.
Divide into two large glasses or bowls.
Garnish with blackberries, dried coconut, or toasted pine nuts.
