Arugula Cheese Salad

Simple, easy combination of the two best foods in your kitchen!

  • 2 cups arugula dried
  • 2 cups arugula freshly chopped
  • 4 slices parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup onion finely sliced
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  • Mix fresh and dry arugula in a bowl.
  • Add thin slices of parmesan cheese and sliced onion to the bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, and season with some salt and pepper.


You can add more vegetables of your choice. Baby tomatoes go well with cheese.
If you love to try out different types of cheese then you can go creative as well.
