Ingredients

Cold Brew Iced Tea

  • 1.5 tbsp loose black tea
  • 2 cups water filtered

Lemonade

Instructions

Cold Brew Iced Tea

  • For cold brew tea, take 2 cups of room temperature water. Add loose black tea of your choice. Assam black tea and Earl Grey work well, though you can use any black tea of your choice.
  • Leave it on your kitchen counter for about 30 minutes. Then, keep it in the refrigerator for about 8 hours for a refreshing cold brew tea.

Lemonade

  • To make the sugar syrup, first, take 1/2 cup of water and the sugar in a small saucepan. Heat it to a simmer and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. It should take 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix the rest of the water with fresh lemon juice. Add sugar syrup according to your taste.

Assembling the Arnold Palmer

  • Take a Collins glass or a high ball or a fancy glass of your choice. Pour the lemonade till you hit the 1/3 mark. Add ice cubes to the top of the glass. Pour the cold brew tea slowly to the top. Your Arnold Palmer is ready!
