Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • To start with, add coffee, sugar, and water to a bowl. Mix them well using a spoon.
  • Now, using your handheld mixer or stick blender, whisk the blend for 3-4 minutes. You want a velvety and creamy consistency, so whisk till you achieve that.

  • Once done, add ice cubes to two serving glasses and pour milk in them. Add a large dollop of the freshly whipped coffee on the milk and serve!

Notes

You can whisk the coffee manually if you do not have a stick or hand blender. This would require more effort and time.
If you don't like it ice-cold, skip the ice cubes and add warm milk into the glass.
Whipping coffee just before you want to drink it is the best option but if you want to make it once and store, it stays in an airtight container for a week. The texture won't be as good as the fresh version.
