Rejuvenating Thyme Tea Recipe

Servings: 2 cups
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 2 cups water filtered
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 slice lemon
Bring the water to a boil, then turn down the heat to a simmer.
Add the dried thyme leaves and cover the pot.
Allow the mixture to steep for roughly 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup, add the honey and lemon slice (if desired) and enjoy!
