Food allergies are one of the most common health conditions that affect human beings, and while there isn’t necessarily a cure, there are certain foods that can significantly improve the body’s response to allergens. Bananas are excellent foods to combat the reactions to allergenic foods, as the nutrients and minerals found in bananas can settle the stomach, clear up skin irritation, and generally counter the response of immunoglobulin that results in allergic reactions. Bananas can be eaten once a day to enjoy the benefits and anti-allergenic effects all day.
