Coriander Seeds

by prathamesh gharat last updated -

Coriander seeds have anti-inflammatory and astringent properties, both of which are very useful for the treatment of hemorrhoids. Furthermore, coriander seeds have long been known as a digestive aid, and are even eaten after a meal to promote smooth movement of the bowels, which can cut down on strain and the symptoms of piles. A common method of consuming these beneficial seeds is soaking them overnight and then drinking the remaining water in the morning. This is particularly good for stopping the bleeding that is associated with hemorrhoids.
