Cranberry

by prathamesh gharat last updated -

Cranberry juice is widely used for any renal condition or infection in the urinary tract; the control and stimulation that it gives to that part of the body helps to minimize the frequency of urination. This is why cranberry juice is recommended for urinary tract infections, as it will minimize the urgency to urinate. Some bed wetting issues are the result of an overactive bladder, particularly in adult females, so it makes sense that cranberry would also be able to help control those nighttime urges. Cranberry can be eaten raw, in juice form, or even as an herbal extract!
