As a breastfeeding mother, you certainly understand that the nutrients you put into your body are reflected in the nutrients being received by your baby. You also need to be consuming the right nutrients for breast milk to naturally develop in your body. Fennel seeds are known to increase the production of breast milk and have been consumed traditionally for centuries. Women can either chew on fennel seeds, mix them with warm milk, or crush them up and mix them in with other beverages or foods. Any way you choose to do it, if your breast milk production is low, get a bag of fennel seeds!
