Fish

One of the most important parts of every diet, regardless of age, should be fish, due to their incredibly high levels of omega-3 fatty acids. These important “good” fats can protect cardiovascular health by reducing overall cholesterol levels, while also helping keep the body slim and prevent excess inflammation and adipose fat. Fish is a great source of protein as well, along with many unique minerals required for the immune system to stay strong, and for the skin to continue looking young and supple. Some of the best fish to prevent premature aging include salmon, mackerel and tuna.
