Fish oil supplements have become very popular in recent years, as it has been found that this concentrated dose of omega-3 fatty acids can have measurable impacts on human health. Omega-3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory in nature, and can stimulate healthy blood flow to the brain. In Japan, which consumes more fish than almost any other region on Earth, also happens to have significantly lower levels of diagnosed bipolar disorder.
