Lowering your risk of cancer can come in many different forms, but one that almost everyone agrees on is boosting your intake of omega-3 fatty acids. Oily fish like salmon and tuna are great sources of these “good fats”, which can reduce inflammation throughout the body, including in the process. Fish oil also comes in supplement form, and is widely available all over the world. Omega-3 fatty acids have been linked to a lower risk of developing not only prostate cancer, but a number of other cancer varieties as well!
