A great deal of research has been done on Ginkgo Biloba over the years, and the findings show that Ginkgo can have an impressive effect on many chronic health conditions, including bladder cancer. A particular antioxidant found in high concentrations in Ginkgo, quercetin, can directly inhibit the mutation of healthy cells and will prevent the spread of cancer in the bladder. Quercetin seeks out free radicals, the dangerous byproducts of cellular metabolism, and renders them harmless. Ginkgo biloba is widely available around the world, both from traditional healers and health food stores.
