When it comes to small Polynesian shrubs, few are as famous as kava, which has been used as a sedative, analgesic and stress reliever for hundreds of years, if not longer. Kava is commonly recommended to people with his anxiety levels, and for those who suffer from agoraphobia. When an attack comes on, it can be difficult to function, and kava can often give you the confidence and presence of mind to conquer your fears. That being said, kava is extremely strong and should not be used in conjunction with any other medications, as this can be dangerous for a number of reasons.
