Lemon Juice

by prathamesh gharat last updated -

Lemon juice is highly acidic, which is important for certain types of gallbladder disorders, particularly gallstones, as the acidity can break down the stones until they can be eliminated painlessly from the body. Lemon juice is also rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, which can stimulate the body’s immune system to attack any underlying infections in the gallbladder. Lemon juice is rather potent, and not the most pleasant fruit juice to drink by itself, so it is usually mixed with other fruit juices, such as orange, lime, pineapple or mango, all of which can further strenthen your immune response to a gallbladder disorder.
