Many people don’t have any idea what lycopene actually is, assuming that it is little more than a pigment in many red and orange foods. However, lycopene is a powerful antioxidant that has been directly linked to stopping the spread of cancerous cells, and even reversing the growth of carcinomas in many cases. Lycopene-rich foods include guavas, watermelons, tomatoes, asparagus and carrots. Protection Status
