Parsley Leaves and Cinnamon Bark

Some of the remedies for bed wetting may seem a bit strange, but the anecdotal evidence has shown it to be true! If you chew on some parsley leaves or a piece of cinnamon bark before going to bed, you have a much lower chance of uncontrolled urination throughout the night. Both of these substances are somewhat astringent in nature and also improve renal function. By reducing the need to urinate, you are much more likely to sleep through the night without waking up to an unpleasant surprise. This is also a good remedy for children, provided they don’t mind the taste of cinnamon bark!
