When you sweat heavily in certain parts of the body, this can remain on those parts of the body, and the microboes and other toxins in our sweat can then inhabit those areas. Therefore, parts of the body that tend to sweat the most, such as armpits, feet and genital areas, can often develop the worst cases of body odor. Turnips are an unlikely, but highly effective remedy for body odor, as turnip juice has potent antibacterial properties. This can be topically applied to the areas that smell the worst, or the juice can be drunk to improve the immune system’s function and eliminate those microbes before they’re sweated out.
