Vinegar

by Meenakshi Nagdeve last updated -

White vinegar has been a popular remedy for sunburn for centuries. Vinegar is not only disinfectant in nature, but also slightly numbing, which helps to relieve the pain of sunburn as it sucks out the inflammation and returns your skin to normal. The remedy is simple enough; dip some paper towels or a cloth into vinegar and lay it directly over the affected area. Doing this for 1-2 days will quickly relieve the painful symptoms of sunburn and keep your skin free of infections at the same time.
