The bone and joint pain caused by Adult Still’s disease is often considered the worst part of the condition, as it limits mobility, flexibility and quality of life. Therefore, it is essential that vitamin D be included in your diet, given its important role in bone mineral density, in conjunction with calcium and other important minerals. Vitamin D, however, is not the easiest vitamin to acquire, as the best source is sunshine! However, you can get smaller amounts of vitamin D in certain foods, such as oysters, eggs and mushrooms, in case you can’t step outside and soak up any rays.
