Yoga

Adult Still’s disease is most commonly associated with inflammation and pain in the joints, tendons, muscles and bones. One of the best ways to increase circulation and blood flow to these areas, and thus reduce that discomfort, is through exercise, specifically yoga. Due to its non-impact nature, it doesn’t put any excess strain on the joints, but it does increase flexibility and promote healthy blood flow throughout the body. Yoga also helps to calm the mind and releases beneficial endorphins, which can further reduce pain in the tissues, joints and muscles.
