Raynaud’s Disease is not strictly a physical ailment, as much of the research has pointed to psychological factors, such as anxiety and stress, as the real culprits behind the development of this disease. Therefore, yoga is often recommended, as it not only decreases anxiety levels, but also increases circulation, builds strength and increases flexibility. By eliminating major psychological factors that may be causing Raynaud’s Disease, it can be easier to identify any other underlying causes and subsequently treat those issues separately.
