Yogurt

by prathamesh gharat last updated -

Dyspepsia is another name for indigestion, and is often caused by an imbalance of bacteria in the microenvironment of your gut. Yogurt, however, contains a number of probiotics, which are live cultures of bacteria that our stomach needs for proper digestion and gastrointestinal health. If you have recently used antibiotics or consumed an excessive amount of acidic or spicy foods, you may be lacking enough “good” bacteria, so adding yogurt to your daily diet is essential. Yogurt also helps to reduce inflammation in the tissues of the stomach, which can become irritated and cause dyspepsia symptoms.
