You can rub around your throat, or nose. 3 drops Vetiver, 3 drops Lemongrass or Lemon should do the trick. You can use a one ounce bottle and use apricot, coconut, or almond as carrier oils.

Very nice. I would have, however, appreciated a few words on how to use it for the various symptoms/conditions.

Paul, you can use this oil several different ways, a couple drops in an essential oil diffuser, a drop on the palm your hand Rubbed in and inhaled by cupping your hand over your nose. I take 5 good deep breaths. Another good way is to put it on your feet or big toe at night before you go to bed. I literally sleep like a baby. I hope this helped some.

Thank you, Christy.
