    250mg each. I have heard 5 mg is the norm. How would I split the pill that small LOL.

      Well there’s 1000 mg in a g so technically you’re actually supposed to be taking 20 a day.. you bought a very tiny dosage

        GNC sells 500 mg capsules. Wondering why there is such a disparity
        in recommended daily dose vs. pill size.
