Simple Body Moisturizer Recipe

Coconut oil is the best natural moisturizer for skin, whether it is dry, oily, or normal. You may need to adjust the amount you use every day according to your body’s natural skin oil levels. Using coconut oil as a base, you can add honey and orange oil to increase its ability to make the skin radiant and tight. Honey helps make the skin soft. On the other hand, orange essential oil helps boost collagen production in the skin as well as increase blood flow.

If you have very dry skin, you can apply this after your shower. But it is most effective if used just before a shower. Keep it on for about 10-15 minutes and shower. You will see a noticeable difference in your skin in just a few days!

  • 1 cup coconut oil virgin
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 6 drops orange oil


  • Melt coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl for 15-20 seconds
  • Mix the honey and orange oil. Blend well. 
  • Keep it aside to solidify. Once it has solidified, use a hand blender to make it fluffy.
  • Put it in a clean glass jar and use as a regular body moisturizer.
