Be cautious with the overdose of vitamine a and betacarotene it might harm your liver...
No need to drink alcohol to destroy it.Food supplements and nutritious foods can do it...

This a definite reason why i am drinking it my sister always say ill disgusting and i suggested to my mom to start bringing cod liver oil It doesn't taste like cuisine but hey who cares it beneficial for your body also drink something warm after each meal.
