      Brother kamran every night after dinner add 2tsp honey in warm milk and eat Dates aswell + ever morning drink warm water mixup with honey

      Eat garlic bulb 5-10 everyday with your meals, you can keep it with vinegar. Works like wonders for low libido. You will feel it in a week, try it. Garlic is very good for heart health also.
      Dates and honey also increase libido but not recommended for diabetes or overweight persons because of sugar.
