Cassava flour, a gluten-free alternative to wheat, is widely used in cakes, cookies, and bread. But sometimes it can happen that this flour is not available in the market or you may want to switch to a healthier option – and so here we have a list of the best cassava flour substitutes. The best cassava flour substitutes include tapioca starch, arrowroot, coconut flour, almond flour, rice flour, and garbanzo or chickpea flour.

Tapioca Starch or Flour
