How to Make Citron Tea?

- Step 1 – Begin with 3-4 citron fruits; slice them open and remove the seeds.

- Step 5 – Pour the honey and fruit into a jar and seal. This is called yuja-chung.
- Step 6 – To prepare a cup of tea, add 1 teaspoon of yuja chung to a cup of hot water and stir.
