Nutritional Value of Vodka
Vodka is one of the most popular alcoholic beverages. It is made by fermentation of wheat mash, corn mash, potato mash or rye mash.

Calorie Content of Vodka: Vodka is rich in calories. It contains about 228 calories every 100g serving. So if you are trying to lose weight, limit your intake of vodka.

Vitamin Content: Vodka is devoid of vitamins. It contains only traces of Vitamin B.

Nutrient Facts and Information of Vodka: So does vodka contain any minerals? Again, vodka is almost devoid of any minerals. It contains small quantities of phosphorus, potassium and sodium.

Health Benefits of Vodka: It is believed that vodka helps in treating heart problems and certain cancers. There are indicative scientific studies proving this; however, these studies are preliminary and no conclusion can be drawn based on this. Remember - excessive drinking affects your liver and your health is best maintained when you abstain from excessive intake of alcohol.

Nutritional Value of Beer
Beer is another popular alcoholic beverage.

Calorie Content of Beer: Beer is a good source of calories. It contains about 42 calories every 100g serving. So if you drink one bottle of beer which contains about 750 ml, your calorie intake will be about 340 calories. Normally people who drink 2-3 bottles of beer a day find that their weight has increased drastically after few days. This is due to the large amount of calories present in beer.

Vitamin Content: Like vodka, beer also contains traces of Vitamin B.

Nutrient Facts and Information Beer: Beer is not rich in any mineral. It contains small amounts of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and sodium.

Health Benefits of Beer: It is claimed that beer is beneficial in reducing stress, heart diseases, facilitating urination and inducing sleep. Of course all this is applicable when one drinks beer in limited amount.

Hey man, I am very intrigued with your theory that alcohol can benefit athletes. I 100 percent agree, as long as it is used correctly and responsibly. I actually tried something not too long ago. I am aspiring to become a professional soccer player some day, and I am training very hard on my own right now.

What I did was this... drank 2 beers quickly (just buy sipping at a faster speed, to avoid the bloating effect) and I practiced my ball control, shooting on goal, etc. Since my balance and muscle coordination are amazingly developed, I never actually lose my footing or stumble. All I ever eventually feel is a minor latency in my focus. This, therefore, furthers my body's balance and muscle coordination. If I can do a good job with some alcohol in my system, when I train again (like a normal person lol) then it almost feels like a joke to me.

"I would like to say that High quality bears, (preferrably the darker varieties), are
extremely nutritious..."

We don't find too many darker bears in Chicago so I can't really speculate on how they taste.

The only major problem that scientists and educated folks find with drinking beer, (or wine), is the fact that both beverages are high in MYCOTOXINS,; (beer is loaded with Aflatoxin, and wine contains cosiderable amounts of ERGOT. The beauty of science though, has proven that these mold toxins can be destroyed by simply bumping up your consumption of Vitamin-c, or vitamin-c rich fruits, like Lemons, Limes, Oranges, or the more exotic fruits like Camu-Camu berry( which Eat the bread with gladness, and drink they wine with a merry heartcomes from the amazon rainforest; (and is actually the highest vitamin-c containing fruit known to exist). So, "Eat thy bread with gladness, and drink thy wine with a merry heart..." (Ecclesiastes)

First and foremost I would like to say that High quality bears, (preferrably the darker varieties), are extremely nutritious; considering that they are consumed on an empty stomach, and not in the prescensce of food. Guinness stout, for example is a dark beer that is ACTUALLY LOWER IN CALORIES THAN BUDWEISER, (and is possibly higher in polyphenol content than that weak A-S BEER). Furthermore, that fact that brewers yeast is involved in the creation of beer, seemingly implies that it will be reasonably plentious in Chromium...(AKA Glucose Tolerance factor); WHICH ACCORDING TO MEDICAL DOCTORS LIKE DOCTOR JOEL WALLACH , is one of MANY minerals that we Americans are deficient in. Alcohol itself, is a blood thinner, and thus, can actually benefit atheletes in my opinion; (so long as the alcohol is consumed POST-WORKOUT, and not PRE-WORKOUT). It is a smooth muscle relaxant and mild anesthetic... Keep an open mind guys.. Thanks.
