One way is to cook your food in garlic paste. If you can’t do that, then take the garlic pills available from your local chemist or just sprinkle a bit of garlic over your food. Ingesting garlic is very effective in treating the pain of arthritis.

Potato Juice: Squeeze out the potato juice and consume it. This is an excellent way to treat arthritis. This has been well trusted for many years, so include potatoes in your daily diet to help reduce the pain of the arthritis.

Make a Rice Bag: Take a sock and fill it with rice, then tie its open end in a knot. Heat this in microwave and use it as a heating pad. This is an economical heating pad that helps a great deal in reducing the swelling and tenderness associated with arthritis, while also alleviating pain from other injuries very quickly.

I have very bad TMJ, its very advanced and all that can cure it is surgery (my dentist and doctor says). BUT since taking garlic supplements every night for the past 2-3 months the pain has gone down A LOT. It even worked better then the arthritis medication the doctor gave me.
