I have been using essentials for a few months and have accumulated 27 oils. After reading all the uses on this site, I had to get basil. After only one sniff my mind felt like it became weightless My entire felt good. And it rushed me. Never experienced the same dramatic and instant response to any othe oil

I have this experience with peppermint!

For infections/cold use a drop behind your ears, on the bottom of your feet and its more respitory then put a drop on your chest. Just make sure to delute with an oil as they are potent 🙂

How do you use basil essential oil? By mouth? On the skin? How much? Where?

Mix 1-2 drops essential oil into 1 tsp. honey, add warm water, and drink three times a day, for a maximum of five days.

I have mesh erosion as a result of bladder suspension and have a urinary infection now. Can coconut oil help me?
