9 Amazing Benefits of Smoking

Smoking offers many health benefits, provided you are using the right herbs. It is thought to be beneficial to overall health and vitality as compared to cigarette smoking, which is the inhalation of smoke obtained while burning cured tobacco leaves.

A commonly used Indian tobacco, Lobelia, is very effective for quitting your smoking habit because it is very much like nicotine, but without any of its addictive properties. Smokers can benefit by using cigarettes made from lobelia in betel leaves as it is purely herbal with no side effects. Other nicotine-free herbs for smoking include peppermint, gotu kola, hops, skullcap, and clove.

The health benefits of smoking are rarely talked about because smoking is one of the most common causes of health problems and death. However, it has been noted that smoking can reduce the occurrence of conditions like preeclampsia, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and atopic disorders such as allergic asthma. These protective effects are attributed to the anti-inflammatory properties of nicotine, which interfere with these conditions.

There are many natural herbs that contain no nicotine and smoking them can reduce the cravings, and eventually help smokers quit smoking.

I've enjoyed many herbal ciggerates, of course there's good and bad things to be taken with this. It is said natives smoked lobelia and other herbs for health benefits and yes i'm sure there was the negative effects from the tar or what have you, however, taking it then would be dependent of the individual's circumstances and needs.

So, you're all done with Organic Facts because they've selflessly given us all FREE and invaluable information prior to this one questionable post? Wow. I've said it 100 times before, and I'll say it again ... There's a HUGE difference between hippies and hipsters.

Breathing in polluted air is bad! For many centuries, indians used herds to smoke. Eating food that your body rejects is dangerous to your health, but I bet the majority of people who made comments on this post do not pay attention to the warning signs that the body gives after consuming food that your body rejects...

I like the part where ginger has been used in "the Orient" for "millions of years."

I like the article as it can perhaps wake some people up! Some people including so called experts think they know everything ... what about the north americna indians and actually most indiginous peoples all throughout Mexico, central and south America. Did these people know a thing or two about health ... they were extemely healthy and knew so much more about nature ... many of these indiginous people still do ...

I like this article because it pissed off people 🙂

This article is appalling. All the herbs you mentioned can more easily be taken as a tea or a tincture without the gross discomfort of smoke in the respiratory system and other systems as well.

Vaping the herbs is better than smoking it

Ridiculous! The lungs were designed for oxygen, not smoke (of any kind).

That's why they have vaporizers

great article
