Yes. It is very important to balance copper in your body with zinc. I see at least a couple posts on here that suggest using cookware, utensils, arm bands etc. for copper supplementation. Please do not do this. Your body cannot use free copper. It has to be bound to a protein or something else. I recommend 2mg of copper to 15mg of zinc. Be careful with zinc though don't take too much because it can cause a copper deficiency. I hope this helps someone out there. God bless you.

There are quite a few cancer clinical trials looking at reducing copper levels as a way to stop tumor progression. It's crazy to increase your copper intake unless you've been tested and you know for a fact that you have a deficiency. Too much copper is toxic and promotes cancer. Google "copper depletion cancer".

I heard from a nutritionist that intaking copper is very dangerous. If you take it internally you should definitely take it with zink. I got copper compression sleeves for my elbows and a copper bracelet that does not have a coating on it. The coating prevents the copper turning your skin green. We want our skin to turn green because that means it's getting into our body. Put it on your skin! 🙂

Hi Guyz, I ve done the research on Pathogenic bacterias like E.coli, E.faecalis, and I found that the copper has the toxicity to inactivate the pathogens in 3 hrs time. so I definetly recomend the copper water.........

My eyes are dry and swollen, the pigment seems discolored and my eye sight is deteriorating, I noticed my copper was low in my blood test I just started taking L taurine and zinc but I read you need copper in conjunction with zinc, is that right? I have been feeling fatigue and weak possibly low iron… I notice when I have copper in my diet iron absorbs much better, I can tell the difference because I feel hungry. I also have a sluggish thyroid and low body temperature for years, I've tried everything! I think it's from low cooper. I read I should take cooper, zinc and iron at separates times so they do not compete?
