Hi Isamil, If you are drinking the pure inner gel (not the outer leaf or middle layer) just the centre gel, there really isnt a maximum daily allowance. I know people who drink a litre a day ! Generally between 60mls and 120mls a day. I take 120mls every day. Have a great day !
