Butter Milk: This is the best and the simplest remedy for dyspepsia. For better results, one can add black pepper powder or cumin seed powder to a glass of buttermilk and have it at regular intervals; 2-3 times per day is recommended. It calms down the intestines and the digestive system.

Anise seed: Usually, eating anise seed in day to day life after every meal is recommended, since it is very beneficial for the digestion of food. Make sure to use the plain ones, as you can also get the sugar coated ones in the market, which do not work as effectively.

Carrot: One very easy solution is to chew a carrot, which helps increase the saliva and quickens the procedure of digestion by providing necessary minerals and enzymes. One can also make it a habit to have carrot juice every morning as it helps to keep the internal system clean.
