• Lemon and Bishop’s Weed Seeds: Add a spoon of seeds of bishop’s weed to a spoonful of lemon juice and eat this paste after your meal. People suffering from flatulence can feel the immediate effect; it is very good for gas problems.
• Castor Oil: Add a spoon of castor oil to a glass of lukewarm milk. Drink this milk when you suffer from gastric problems. You can feel relieved.
• Turmeric: Take some turmeric powder add little salt to it. Mix this in a glass of lukewarm water and drink. It will give immediate relief from flatulence.
• Mustard Oil: Take a spoon of mustard oil and add some ground rock salt to it. Have this mixture as soon as the oil is consumed, you will feel the relief from flatulence.
• Fenugreek Seeds: Roast fenugreek seeds and crush them partially. You can prevent as well as stop flatulence from occurring, just by chewing these seeds.
• Fennel Seeds: Fennel seeds help in the digestion of food. One can chew a spoonful of fennel seeds after meals.
• Caraway Tea: Caraway seeds are considered to be very good for health and helps prevent any disorders in the digestive system. One can have caraway seeds tea 2-3 times a day after your meal.
• Dill Oil: If you often suffer from flatulence, have a spoon of dill oil mixed with honey, once a day and within few days you will get rid of the recurring problem.

• Avoid gulping your food, chew it properly.
• Avoid eating spicy and oily food, they are heavier to digest.
